ADMINISTRATION - Program Administrator for Licensed Programs The primary responsibilities of the Program Administrator-Licensed Programs are to 1) have full knowledge of the Licensed programs, contract requirements, and regulations. 2) provide supervision to Regional Site Directors resulting in efficient and effective services that are compliant with all standards and requirements. 3) Responsible for the fiscal and operational administriatve oversight of the programs within designated Region. CHILDCARE - Klassic Kids Program Assistant in Mira Mesa This position is directly responsible to the Site Director of the Children's Center for day-to-day operations. It encompasses the overall administration of the Children's Center while under the direct supervision of the Site Director. Supervision of children and center upkeep are primary responsibilities. The Program Assistant is mandated to take all steps necessary to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of each child enrolled in the child care program. SOCIAL SERVICES - DIRECTOR OF COUNSELING & PARENT TO PARENT DIVISION Harmonium is a non-profit community agency providing mental health services that address community needs. The vision of our agency is to promote self-sufficiency and well being in children, youth and families. We seek to build on evidence-based practices and integrate mental health services within a total system of care approach. We are looking for a director with a similar vision who will be able to excite our staff and partners in advancing these approaches.
Additional Qualifications: Active California clinical license plus 3 years of post license experience Provide support for engaging staff in support of agency wide priorities, including but not limited to, program development, program review and evaluation, goals, outcomes and other agency initiatives Ability to implement programs based on community needs and best practices Ability to provide on-site supervision at several program locations Must be able to attend outside community meeting and work extended hours as needed
